Ingredients
1. Milk : 1kg
2. Fresh Paneer : 200 Gram
3. Cardamom Powder : ½ Tsp
4. Milk Powder : 1 cup
5. Sugar : 5 ½ Tbsp
6. Kaju /Cashew nuts : 12 pcs.
How to prepare :
1. Boil milk in a wide pan
2. Boil till quantity of the milk reduce to half and thick
3. Add grated paneer of 200 grams
4. Reduce the flame and mix it nicely
5. Add 1 cup milk powder
6. Add cardamom powder ½ Tsp
7. Add Sugar 5 ½ Tbsp
7. Cook on medium flame until it is thick
8. Moisture is completely evaporated then turn of gas stove
9. Once mixture is cool grind it nicely
10. Dab enough ghee on your palm
11. Role the mixture into small ball and give Peda shape
12. Top of the Peda add half Kaju /Cashew nuts in each Peda #scrollrecipe
