Ingredients:
β€’ 3 TBSP oil
β€’ ΒΌ cup diced potato
β€’ ΒΌ cup beans
β€’ salt to taste
β€’ ΒΌ cup peas
β€’ ΒΌ cup carrot
β€’ ΒΌ cup cauliflower
β€’ 2 TBSP ghee
β€’ 1 TSP cumin seeds, 10-12 black pepper, 6-7 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamom
β€’ Dry fruits (cashew, Almond, walnut, Black Raisins, kismis)
β€’ 2 TSP sugar
β€’ 2 Β½ cups cooked rice and mix it nicely
β€’ Β½ cup fried paneer
β€’ 3 TBSP kesar milk
Recipe:
β€’ Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan
β€’ Add diced potato and fry it
β€’ Add ΒΌ cup beans
β€’ Add salt to taste
β€’ Add ΒΌ cup peas
β€’ Add ΒΌ cup carrot
β€’ Fry it for few minutes and keep it aside
β€’ Add cauliflower in the same oil
β€’ Add salt to taste
β€’ Fry until golden brown and keep it aside
β€’ Add 1 TBSP ghee
β€’ Add 1 TSP cumin seeds, 10-12 black pepper, 6-7 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamom
β€’ Fry it
β€’ Add dry fruits (cashew, Almond, walnut, Black Raisins, kismis)
β€’ Fry it
β€’ Add all fried vegetables
β€’ Mix it nicely
β€’ Add 2 TSP sugar
β€’ Add 2 Β½ cooked rice and mix it nicely
β€’ Add salt to taste
β€’ Add fried paneer
β€’ Mix it nicely
β€’ Add 3 TBSP kesar milk
β€’ Add 1 TBSP ghee and mix it nicely
β€’ Cover with a lid for 2-3 mints
β€’ Open the lid and serve hot
