Moong Dal Ladoo Recipe | Moong Ke Laddu | Moong Laddu | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 1 cup moong Dal flour
• ¼ +1 TBSP Ghee
• Crushed Cardamom
• Crushed Dry fruits (Almond and Cashew)
• 1 Cup Sugar powder
Process:
• Add Ghee in a Pan ¼ +1 TBSP Ghee
• Add 1 cup moong Dal flour (husked and split mung lentils)
• Continue to stir
• Add Crushed Cardamom
• Add crushed Dry fruits (Almond and Cashew)
• Mix very well with a spatula
• Remove the Ladoo mix in a plate
• Wait for 5-7 mints
• Add 1 Cup Sugar powder
• Then mix again very well with your hands
• Now start shaping the moong dal ladoos
• Allow to cool for some more time at room temperature
• Serve it
