Ingredients
• ¼ cup of Rice (Good quality)
• Ghee ½ TSP
• Full cream milk 500 KG
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4-5 cardamom (Elaichi)
• 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts and Kismis
Process:
• Wash and soak the rice in enough water for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
• Add 1 TSP Ghee with ¼ Rice and mix it nicely
• Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan. Boil in medium flame
• Add the rice, mix gently, and cook on a medium flame
• Stirring occasionally
• Add Cardamom 4-5
• Add the sugar ½ cup (Do not add sugar until Rice boiled 80%)
• Cook till Rice completely boil
• Add Cashew nuts
• Stir occasionally
• Switch off the flame
• Refrigerate for 1 hour
• Add Kismis
• Serve #scrollrecipe
