How to make aam panna drink at home | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
Raw mango – 2
Sugarfree powder
Black Salt
Salt
Ice-cubes
Process:
Step 1:
First, wash the mangoes nicely and pat them dry.
Now, place them over a low-medium flame and roast until all the sides are charred. Once done, remove them from the heat and allow them to cool.
Gently remove all the peels and scrape out the softened pulp in a jag and add add some water
Transfer this mixture to a jug and give it a nice stir
Store some mango pulp mixture in a jar and keep it in a fridge. You can store it for 6-7 days ( without salt and sugar)
Step 2:
Transfer this mixture to a jug, add chilled water, and give it a nice stir
Add sugarfree powder,black salt and salt and mix it nicely
Serve it in glasses filled with ice cubes
