Ingredient:
• 1 Ltr full cream Milk
• 200 gm Milkmaid
• 1 ½ TBSP Sugar Powder
• Cardamom 4-5
• Dry Fruits
Process:
• In a Pan add 1 Ltr full cream Milk
• Boil it for 10-12 mints
• Keep aside for 1 hour
• Again, Lower the heat to medium low and keep stirring
• Cook till it is reduced to Half
• Add 150 gm Milkmaid
• Add 1 ½ TBSP Sugar Powder
• Add Cardamom 4-5
• Boil for another 10 minutes, or till milk thickens
• cool the mixture
Rabdi
• Pour the rabri in earthen pots for more flavor or else just transfer in a serving bowl.
• Serve Cold / Hot on earthen pots or Serving Bowl
Kulfi with Dry Fruit
• Use Same Milk mixture
• Add Dry Fruits
• Cool the mixture and transfer to a small Matka or cups.
• Cover the Matka with cling wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for 8 hours.
• Enjoy the delicious Dry Fruits kulfi!
Kulfi
• Use Same Milk mixture
• Pour into kulfi molds or any other container of your choice.
• Cover and freeze till completely set, around 6-8 hours.
