Ingredient:
Oil
Turai//Ridge Gourd 250Grm
Turmeric powder 1 TSP
Cumin seeds 1 TSP
Salt
Poppy seeds/khas khas and green chilli(4 pics) — paste 4 TBSP
Green chilli 2
Sugar 2 TBSP
Ghee ½ TBSP

How to cook?
1. Add oil in a pan and heat the oil 5 TBSP for deep fry.
2. Fry Turai//Ridge Gourd 250Grm
3. Add Turmeric powder 1 TSP
4. Add cumin seeds 1 TSP
5. Add salt as per taste
6. Remove extra oil from pan
7. Add poppy seeds/khas khas and green chilli paste 4 TBSP with 1/4th cup water
8. Add green chilli 2
9. Add sugar 2 TBSP
10. Add oil 4 TBSP
11. Cover the lid for 5-7mints
12. Add ½ TBSP Ghee
13. Keep stirring
14. Serve with Rice #scrollrecipe
