Dahi(Curd) Pomfret Fish Recipe || Scroll Recipe ||
Ingredient:
Pomfret Fish – 3 pcs
turmeric powder
cumin seeds 1 TSP
onion paste 1 TBSP
Ginger garlic paste 1 TBSP
Salt
whisked curd 1 cup
Poppy seeds / khas khas paste 2 TBSP
Black pepper 3 TSP
Fresh cream 2 TBSP
green chilli
Sugar 1 TSP (optional)
Fried garlic 1TSP
Homemade garam Masala 1 TSP
Ghee 1 TBSP
How to cook?
1. Marinate the fish with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes
2. Heat oil in a pan, add ½ TSP turmeric powder & fry the fish.
3. Fry till light brown in colour.
4. Add cumin seeds 1 TSP
5. Add onion paste 1 TBSP
6. Add Ginger garlic paste 1 TBSP
7. Add Salt as per taste
8. Add whisked curd 1 cup
9. Add Poppy seeds / khas khas paste 2 TBSP
10. Add Black pepper 1 TSP
11. Add Fresh cream 2 TBSP
12. Add Chopped green chilli
13. Add water ½ cup
14. Keep stirring for 10-12 mints till gravy thick
15. Add black pepper 2TSP
16. Add whole green chilis 3
17. Sugar 1 TSP (optional)
18. Add fried garlic 1TSP
19. Add home made garam Masala 1 TSP
20. Add 1 TBSP ghee
21. Mix it nicely and keep stirring
22. Add Fish
23. Add butter
24. Cook for 2-3 mints
25. Serve hot with Rice
