Bhangachora Shukto Recipe | Katla Fish Head Sukto Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 4 TBSP oil
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 ½ TSP radhuni
• 1 cup radish
• 1 cup banana steam
• 1 cup pumpkin
• 1 cup sweet potato
• 1 cup potato
• 1 cup loki
• salt to taste
• 1cup brinjal
• 2 TBSP sugar
• Katla fish head
• ½ TSP ginger paste
Process:
• Add oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add 1 bay leaf
• Add 1 ½ TSP radhuni
• Fry it for a few secs
• Add 1 cup radish
• Add 1 cup banana stem
• Add 1 cup pumpkin
• Add 1 cup sweet potato
• Add 1 cup potato
• Add 1 cup loki
• Add salt to taste
• Mix it nicely
• Keep stirring for 10 mints
• Cover with a lid until its 80% cooked
• Add 1 cup brinjal and mix it nicely
• Cover with a lid for 7-8 mins
• Add 1 cup of water
• Using a spatula or ladle, mash the veggies a bit and cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
• If required add 1 cup of water
• Cover with a lid for 7-8 mints
• Add 2 TBSP sugar
• Add fried katla fish head
• Mix it nicely and mash the fish head a bit
• Cook until the content is semi-thick
• Add 1 TBSP mustard oil and mix it nicely
• ½ TSP ginger paste and mix it nicely
• Serve it hot with steamed rice
