Ingredient:
• Fried Hilsha Fish Head – 1
• 3 Bay leaves
• 1 TSP Radhuni
• 1 Cup Bottle Gourd
• 1 Cup Potato
• 1 Cup Brinjal
• Salt to taste
• Sugar 2 TSP or Sugar to taste
Process:
• Heat the Pan and Add Mustard oil – 3 TBSP
• Add 3 Bay leaves
• Add 1 TSP Radhuni
• Fry it nicely
• Add 1 Cup Bottle Gourd
• Add 1 Cup Potato
• Add 1 Cup Brinjal
• Add Chopped Ginger – 1 bsp
• Mix it nicely and Fry it for 7-8 mints
• Add 2 Cups water
• Cover with the lid cook till water is evaporated completely
• Mashed 80% all vegetables nicely
• Add Salt to taste (Do not add salt in beginning)
• Add Sugar 2 TSP or Sugar to taste
• Add Fried hilsa fish
• Add 1 cup of water
• Cover with Pan for 10 mints
• Uncover the pan and cook till water reduced completely
