Ingredient:
Gobindobhog rice 3 Cups / or Basmati rice
5 TBSP oil
Bay leaves 3
Cinnamon
Star Anise 2
cloves 5-6
Cardamom 6-7
Black pepper 6
Whole Red chilies 2
1 TSP Turmeric Powder
Add Kismis
Add 6 ¼ cups hot water ( boil water in a separate Pan)
Add Salt to taste
Add Sugar 1 TBSP
Add Ghee 3 TBSP
Add Garam Masala 1 TSP
Process:
Heat the pan and add 5 TBSP oil.
Add Bay leaves 3
Add Cinnamon
Add Star Anise 2
Add Cloves 5-6
Add Cardamom 6-7
Add Black pepper 6
Add Whole Red chilies 2
Cook for a minute until they become fragrant
Add soaked Gobindobhog rice 3 Cups / or Basmati rice
Mix It nicely
Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
Stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes
Add Kismis
Add 6 ¼ cups hot water (boil water in a separate Pan)
Cover with Pan for 5-7 mints
Add Salt to taste
Add Sugar 1 TBSP
Add Ghee 3 TBSP
Add Garam Masala 1 TSP
