Ingredient:
• Oil 2 TBSP
• Chopped onion 1 Cup
• Onion Paste 2 TBSP
• Potato
• 2 TSP Red Chilli
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• 2 ½ Cups Water
• Tomato 1
• Garlic powder 1 TSP
• Chicken 700 gm
• 1 TSP Black Pepper
• Fried Garlic 1 TSP
• whisked curd 1 cup
• Spring onion 1/2Cup
• Green Chilies 2
Process:
• Add 2 TBSP oil in a Pan
• Add Chopped onion 1 Cup
• Add Onion Paste 2 TBSP
• Add Potato
• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Add 2 ½ Cups Water
• Add Tomato
• Add Garlic powder 1 TSP
• Add Chicken
• Add 1 TSP Black Pepper
• Add Fried Garlic 1 TSP
• Add whisked curd 1 cup
• Add Spring onion 1/2Cup
• Add 2 Green Chilies
• Pressure cook with 2 whistles
• Open the pressure Cooker
• Cook it for another 10 mints
• Serve hot with Rice
Herb Rice:
Ingredient:
• 2 TBSP Oil
• onion 1 Cup
• 1 Cup Spring Onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 TSP Onion powder (optional)
• 1 Cup Paneer
• 1 TSP Garlic powder
• Mix Herb
• 2 TSP sugar
• Black pepper 1 TSP
• Cashew Nuts 5-6
• 2 Cups Rice
Process:
• Add 2 TBSP Oil
• Add onion 1 Cup
• Add 1 Cup Spring Onion
• Sauté it nicely
• Add Salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP Onion powder (optional)
• Add 1 Cup Paneer
• Add 1 TSP Garlic powder
• Add Mix herb
• Add 2 TSP sugar
• Fry it nicely
• Add black pepper 1 TSP
• Add Cashew Nuts 5-6
• Add 2 Cups Rice
• Mix it nicely
• Fry It for 5 mints
• Serve hot
