Bhetki Fish Finger Recipe | Bengali Fish Finger Fry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• Bhetki Fish 250 gm
• 2 tbsp lime juice,
• 2 TSP blackpepper,
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• coriander paste
• 1 TSP ginger garlic paste
• 2 beaten Egg
• Flour
• Bread Crumb
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Oil for deep fry
Process:
Step 1:
Marinate the Fish
• Add fish mixing bowl.
• Add 2 tbsp lime juice,
• Add 2 TSP blackpepper
• Add ½ tsp salt
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Marinate it for 30 mints
Step 2 :
• Add 1 TBSP fresh coriander paste
• Add 1 TSP ginger garlic paste
Step 3 :
• In bread crumb add red chilli powder
Step 4:
• Take the marinated fish and first dip into beaten egg
• Coat in flour
• Then second dip in beaten egg
• Coat in bread crumb
• Give a finger shape
Step 5 :
• Deep fry it
• Serve hot
