Masoor dal khichdi without onion, garlic | Dal khichdi recipe | Scroll Recipe || Not Moong Dal ||
Ingredients:
• Soak 1 cup Red Lentils.
• 1 cup rice.
• 3 TBSP ghee+ ½ TBSP oil.
• Dry red chilli.
• 1 TSP cumin seeds.
• curry leaves.
• 1 TSP red chilli powder.
• 1 TSP coriander powder.
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 1 cup chopped tomato.
• ½ TSP turmeric powder.
• 3 cup boiled water.
• Add fried rice.
• Mix it nicely.
• Cover with a lid.
• Chopped chilli.
• Coriander leaves

Process:

• Soak 1 cup Red Lentils and 1 cup rice.
• Boiled Red Lentils dal in a cooker separately.
• Heat the pan and 2 TBSP ghee.
• Add dry red chilli.
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds.
• Add curry leaves.
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder.
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder.
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder.
• Add 1 cup rice.
• Mix it nicely.
• Fry it
• Keep it separately.
• Add 1 cup chopped tomato.
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder.
• Sauté it for 2 mints.
• Add boiled Red Lentils dal
• Add 3 cup boiled water.
• Add fried rice.
• Mix it nicely.
• Cover with a lid.
• Add water if required.
• Add chopped chilli.
• Add coriander leaves.
• Cook till all the water is evaporated and the rice and lentils are completely cooked.
