Ingredients:
• 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• 2 dry red chillies
• 2 TSP panchforon
• 500 gm jhinga/snake gourd
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• 2 TSP sugar
• 2-3 chillies
• ½ cup poppy seeds paste
• 1 ½ TSP mustard oil
Recipe:
• Add 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add dry red chilli
• Add 2 TSP panchforon
• Sauté it for few second
• Add jhinga/snake gourd
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add salt to taste
• Fry it
• Add 2 TSP sugar
• Add 2-3 chillies
• Cover with a lid for 6-7 mints
• After 7 mints open the lid
• Add ½ cup poppy seeds paste and mix it nicely
• Cover with a lid another 6-7 mints
• Add 1 ½ TSP mustard oil
