Egg Biryani Recipe | Restaurant Style Egg Biryani | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient for Rice:
• 3 cups Basmati Rice
• Potli : 4 Green cardamom ,1 black cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon ,4 cloves
Ingredients
For Gravy
• 3 TBSP oil
• 3-4 cardamom
• 1 inch cinnamon
• 2 TSP ginger paste
• 1 ½ TBSP garlic paste
• 3 sliced onion
• 3 TBSP tomato paste
• 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP garam masala
• 2 TBSP curd
• 7 eggs
• chopped mint
• chopped fresh coriander
• 1 TSP black pepper

Dum Ingredients:
• 5-6 black pepper ,2-3 cardamon ,2 star anise
• ¼ cup Saffron milk
• 2 heaped tbsp Fried onion
• Mint leaves
• Coriander leaves
• 1 TBSP ghee
• whisked curd

Process:
For Cooking Rice:
• Prepare a potli – 4 Green cardamom ,1 black cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon ,4 cloves
• Soak 2 ½ Basmati rice for 30 mints
• Add enough water in a Handi
• Add salt
• Add Spice potli
• Boil it
• Add Soaked 2 ½ Basmati rice
• Boil it 70%
• Drain excess water
• Keep it separately
Step 2: Gravy
• Heat the pot
• Add 3 TBSP oil
• Add 3-4 cardamom
• Add cinnamon
• Add 2 TSP ginger paste
• Add 1 ½ TBSP garlic paste
• Add 3 sliced onion
• Sauté it for 5-7 mints
• Add 3 TBSP tomato paste
• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add salt to taste
• Add garam masala 1 TSP
• Add 2 TBSP curd
• cook until soft on medium heat
• Add spice potli
• cover with a lid for 7-8 mints
• Add eggs
• Add chopped mint
• Add chopped fresh coriander
• Add 1 TSP black pepper
• Mix it nicely
• Keep it separately
Step 3 :
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 5-6 black pepper ,2-3 cardamon ,2 star anise
• Add cooked rice
• Place eggs nicely
• Pour over the gravy
• Add second layer rice
• Add chopped coriander leaves
• Add Saffron milk
• Add mint leaves
• Pour over the gravy
• Add whisked curd
• Add fried onion
• cover and let it dum on low heat for 20 minutes.
