Aloo Gobi Recipe | Cauliflower Potato Stir Fry Recipe | Aloo Gobi Sabzi | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• Cauliflower 500 gm
• Potato 2
• bowl add ¼ cup water
• ½ TSP turmeric powder.
• 1 TSP coriander powder.
• 2 TSP cumin powder
• salt to taste
• 1 cup chopped tomato
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
Process:
Step 1:
• In a bowl add ¼ cup water
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder.
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder.
• Add 2 TSP cumin powder.
• Add salt to taste.
• Mix it nicely.
Step 2:
• In a large kadai heat oil
• Add cauliflower (marinated with turmeric powder)
• Sauté it for 5-7 mints.
• Keep it separately.
• Add diced potato.
• Fry it
• Keep it separately.
Step 3:
• In same kadai add oil and heat the oil
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds.
Fry it
• Add 1 cup chopped tomato.
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add masala mix
• fry masala nicely
• Add fried potato.
• Add 2 cup of water
• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mints
• Add fried cauliflower
• Mix it nicely
• Cook for another 5-7 mints
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Serve with rice/roti
