Ingredient:
• 250 grams beetroot
• 2 Potatoes
• 250 Gram Carrot
• 2 TBSP Oil
• Add 2 Red Chillies
• 1 TSP Cumin Seeds
• 1 TBSP Ghee
• 2 TSP Masala Mix
• 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• 1 TSP Amchur Powder
• Green Chilli
• cashew nuts 6-7
• 7-8 Kismis
• Garam Masala ½ TSP
• Salt to taste
• Sugar to Taste
• Breadcrumb
• All purpose Flour
• Oil

Process:

• 250 grams beetroot
• 2 Potatoes
• 250 Gram Carrot
• Pressure cook them with ¼ teaspoon salt and enough water
• Pressure cook 6 to 7 whistles on a medium flame.
• Drain the veggies very well and keep aside.
• Mashed it nicely
• In a Pan add 2 TBSP Oil
• Add 2 Red Chillies
• Add 1 TSP Cumin Seeds
• Add Mashed Vegetables
• Fry it medium Temperature
• Flip a couple of times more and fry till the outer coating becomes crisp
• Add 1 TBSP Ghee
• Add 2 TSP Masala Mix
• Add 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Add 1 TSP Amchur Powder
• Add Green Chilli
• Add cashew nuts 6-7
• Add 7-8 Kismis
• Cover with Pan for 7 mints
• Add Garam Masala ½ TSP
• Now take a portion of the mixture. Shape into a cylindrical shaped
• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour
• Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter
• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet
• Refrigerate for 30 mints.
• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan
• Deep Fry each chop
• Serve Hot
