Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Ghee Roast | Scroll Recipe

Ingredients:
• Chicken 800 gm
• 1 cup curd
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• salt to taste
• 5 Byadgi chilli
• Add 5 kashmiri red chilli
• Add 2 red chilli
• 1 TBSP cumin seeds
• 1 TSP funnel seeds
• ¼ TSP methi / fenugreek seeds
• 10-12 black pepper
• 10-12 black pepper
• 1 TBSP tamarind
• 1 TBSP lemon juice
• 4-5 garlic cloves
• Ginger
• 4 TBSP ghee
• 1 TBSP jaggery
• Curry leaves

Step 1:
Marinate the Chicken:
• Chicken 800 gm
• Add 1 cup curd
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add salt to taste
• Mix it nicely
• Marinate it for 60 mints

Step 2:
Ghee roast Masala:

• Heat the pan
• Add 5 Byadgi chilli
• Add 5 kashmiri red chilli
• Add 2 red chilli
• Roast it
• Keep it aside
• Add 1 TBSP coriander seeds in the same pan
• Add 1 TBSP cumin seeds
• Add 1 TSP funnel seeds
• Add ¼ TSP methi seeds
• Add 10-12 black pepper
• Roast it for few mints until you get the aroma
• Let it cool
• Transfer the ingredients to a mixer jar
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TBSP tamarind
• Add 1 TBSP lemon juice
• Add 4-5 garlic
• Add ginger
• Add little water
• Grind it to a smooth paste

Step 3:
• Ghee Roast
• Add 3 TBSP ghee in a pan
• Add ½ cup chopped onion
• Add salt to taste
• Add Marinated chicken
• Cook it both side for 10-15 mints in medium heat
• Keep it aside
• Add ghee roast masala mix
• Add 2 TBSP water
• Cook the masala for 10-12 mints
• Keep stirring
• Once masala will reduce add chicken
• Cook for another 10 mints
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TBSP jaggery
• Add curry leaves
• Mix it nicely
• Serve with Rice
