Ahuna Chicken Recipe at Home | Champaran Style Chicken Recipe | Scroll Recipe

Ingredients:

• 500 gm Chicken
• 2 cups of Onion
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• 1 TBSP ginger paste
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• 2 TSP coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 TBSP chicken masala
• ¼ + ¼ cup preheated mustard oil
• Add 4-5 dry red chilli
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 3 cardamom
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4-5 black pepper
• 3-4 cloves
• Garlic
• 3-4 silted green chillies

Process:

Step 1:
Marinate the chicken:

• Add 500 gm Chicken
• Add 2 cups of Onion
• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add 1 TBSP ginger paste
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 2 TSP coriander powder
• Add salt to taste
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TBSP chicken masala
• Add ¼ cup preheated mustard oil
• Add 4-5 dry red chilli
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds, 3 cardamom,1 cinnamon stick, 4-5 black pepper, 3-4 cloves
• Marinate it for 60 mints

Step 2 :
• Add ¼ cup pre heated mustard oil in a clay handi
• Spread the oil around the inside wall of handi
• Transfer the marinated chicken to a clay pot
• Add 3-4 slitted green chillies
• Add Garlic
• Roll little dough and seal the handi
• Cook for 50 mints in low heat
• Wait for 5 mints then open the seal
• Serve hot with Rice
