Ingredients :

• 4-5 katla fish
• 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Dry red chilli,3-4 cloves, 2-3 cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon,3-4 black pepper
• 1 Cup onion paste
• ¼ cup tomato paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• ½ TBSP ginger
• 2 TBSP cashew paste
• 1 TBSP cream
• 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 ½ Cup hot water
• ½ TSP Kashmiri chilli powder
• 2 green chilli
• ½ TSP garam masala
• 1 TBSP ghee
Process:

Step 1

• Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt
• Heat the oil in a pan
• Add the fish pieces one by one
• Fry it
• Keep it aside

Step 2:

• Add 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add dry red chilli,3-4 cloves, 2-3 cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon,3-4 black pepper
• Fry it for few minutes
• Add 1 Cup onion paste
• Keep stirring until oil is separated
• Add ¼ cup tomato paste
• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add ½ TBSP ginger
• Add some hot water
• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mins
• Add 2 TBSP cashew paste
• Add 1 TBSP cream
• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 ½ Cup hot water
• Add ½ TSP Kashmiri chilli powder
• Add 2 green chilli
• Cover with a lid for few minutes
• Add ½ Cup of water
• Add fried fish
• Add ½ TSP garam masala
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
