Ingredients
• 250 gm cauliflower
• 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Dry red chilli
• ½ TSP nigella seeds
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
salt to taste
• Green chilli

Process:
• Add 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Heat the oil
• Add dry red chilli
• Add ½ TSP nigella seeds
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add 250 gm cauliflower
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add salt to taste
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add green chilli
• Cover with a lid till fully cooked
• Sauté for 5 mints without lid
• Serve with Roti or Rice
