Aloo Parwal Sabji Recipe | Aloo Parwal in Pressure Cooker | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients :
• 250 gm parwal
• 1 Potato
• 2 TSP cumin powder
• 2 TSP coriander powder
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• 2 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 TBSP oil
• ½ TSP Cumin seeds
• 1 TSP turmeric powder
• 1 chopped tomato
• ½ TSP garam masala
• ½ TSP roasted cumin powder ( optional)
• 1 TBSP ghee

Process

Step 1 :
• Add 1.5 TSP cumin powder in a bowl
• Add 1.5 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1.5 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add water
• Add Salt to taste
• Prepare a smooth paste

Step 2:

• Add 2 TBSP oil in a cooker
• Heat the oil
• Add ½ TSP Cumin seeds
• Add diced parwal
• Add diced potato
• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add masala mix
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 cups of water
• Add chopped tomato
• Wait for 2-3 whistle in low medium heat
• Open the lid
• Add ½ TSP garam masala
• Add ½ TSP roasted cumin powder ( optional)
• Cook for another 2 mints
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Serve with Rice/Roti
