Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe | Scroll Recipe

Ingredients:

Rice 3 Cups
1 Cup chopped Beans,carrort,capsicum
Bay leaves, black pepper, cardamom,cinamon,star anis
crushed kaju and kismis
1 TSP oil and 3 TBSP ghee
2 TSP ginger & garlic paste
2 TSP red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 TSP garam masala
2 TSP sugar powder

Process:

Soak the basmati rice for 30 mints
Chop beans,carrort,capsicum and keep it seperately
Add water in a pan
Add bay leaves, black pepper, cardamom,cinamon,star anis and boiled it
Add soaked rice
Add few drops of oil
Boil the rice
Add vegetables
Add crushed kaju and kismis
Boil and cook the rice upto 90%
Quickly strain rice in a colander, and let it cool completely at a room temperature.
Heat the pan and add ghee in a pan
Add ginger garlic paste
Add 2 TSP red chilli powder and mix it nicely
Add rice and mix it nicely
Add salt to taste
Add 1 TSP garam masala
Add 2 TSP sugar powder
Mix it nicely
Add ghee (optional)
Serve hot with gobi ka pakodas (fritters)
