Aloo Gobi Matar Dry Recipe | Aloo Gobi Matar ki Sabzi | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 250 gm cauliflower
• 2 TBSP oil
• Dry red chilli
• 1 TSP Panch phoron
• 1 potato
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• slitted green chilli
• salt to taste
• ¼ cup boiled green peas
• 1 chopped tomato
• Add 1 TSP sugar
Process:
• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add dry red chilli
• Add 1 TSP panch phoron
• Add cauliflower
• Add potato
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add slitted green chilli
• Add salt to taste
• Add ¼ cup boiled green peas
• Add 1 chopped tomato
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add 1 cup of water
• Cover with a lid till all vegetables are 80% cooked
• Add 1 TSP sugar
• Cover with a lid till completely cooked
• Serve with rice /roti
