Aloo Palak Recipe | Aloo Palak Sabzi | Scroll Recipe
Aloo palak:

• 250 gm palak / Spinach
• 1 potato
• 1 TBSP oil in a Pan and heat the oil
• 1 TSP Panch phoron
• ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 TSP Sugar
• Slitted chillies

Process:

Add 1 TBSP oil in a pan and heat the oil
Add 1 TSP Panch phoron or Pancha Phutana (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panch_phoron)
Fry it (Do not over fry)
Add diced potato
Add ¼ TSP turmeric powder
Add salt to taste
Fry it for till golden brown
Add 250 gm Palak / Spinach
Add slitted chillies
Sauté it for few mints
Cover with a lid until potatoes are 80% cooked
Add 1 TSP sugar
Cover with a lid till potato fully cooked
Open the lid and keep stirring for another 5 mints
Serve with Rice/Roti
