Begun Bori Jhol Recipe | Begun Jhol | Eggplant Curry in Bengali Style | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients
• Add fried begun/began
• Oil 2 TBSP
• 6-7 bori
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• 2 cups hot water
• salt to taste

Process:
• Heat the pan and add oil
• Heat the oil
• Add 6-7 bori
• Fry it
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add fried begun/began
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 cups hot water
• Add salt to taste
• Wait for a boil
• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mints
• Add slitted green chillies
• Add ½ TSP sugar
• Cook for 2-3 mints
• Serve with Rice
