1. Heat the Oil in a Pan
2. Add Haldi (1 TSP)
3. Add Potato
4. Add Salt (1TSP)
5. Mix It and Fry
6. Add Parwal/ Patal
7. Fry Aloo and Parwal nicely
8. Keep separate Aloo and Pawal/Patal
9. Add oil
10. Add whole Cumin Seeds (1 TSP)
11. In a bowl add water mix 1tsp Haldi, 1 TSP, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder (2 TSP)
12. Add green Chilli
13. Add Ginger
14. Add in pan (water mix 1tsp Haldi, 1 TSP, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder (2 TSP))
15. Add Aloo
16. Cover the lid for 2 mints.
17. Add water and boil it
18. Add Patal/Parwal
19. Cover the lid untill Aloo and parwal not boil.
20. Boil till the time water is half
21. 1 TSP garam masala
22. Add Ghee
23. Serve it #scrollrecipe
