Chicken leg fry recipe | chicken leg | scroll recipe
Ingredient:
• Chicken legs – 4
• spring onion 1 cup
• Egg 1
• Vinegar 1 TSP
• Capsicum ½ Cup
• 1 TSP Soya sauce
• 2 TSP black pepper
• cashew 6-7
• 1 TSP cornflower water
Process:
• Marinate chicken with egg, Vinegar, and salt
• In a pan add oil 4 TBSP
• Dip the chicken legs into the batter and fry
• Fry it till color changes to golden brown
• Add spring onion 1 cup in the same pan
• Fry it
• Add Capsicum ½ Cup
• Add 1 TSP Soya sauce
• Add Chicken leg and mix it
• Add 2 TSP black pepper
• Add cashew 6-7
• Add 1TSP cornflower water
• Cover with a Pan for 7-8 mints
