Ingredient:
Oil 4 TBSP
Parwal 4-5
Salt as per taste
Cumin seeds ( 1 TSP)
Red chilli (2 TSP )
Onion paste 2 TBSP
Tomato ,green chilli paste ( 3 TSP)
Cumin powder 1 TSP
Ginger garlic 3 TSP
Grined curd 3 TBSp
Khaskhas/ poppy seeds paste 2 TBSP
1/2 cup home made chhena ( Grind-ed)
Ghee 1 TBSP

Prep:
1. Heat the oil
2. Add Turmeric Powder ( 1 TSP)
3. Add parwal ( 4-5 )
4. Add Salt
5. Fry it ( Golden brown)
6.Add Cumin seeds ( 1 TSP)
7.Add whole red chilli (1 TSP)
8.Add onion paste 2 TBSP
9.Add tomato ,green chilli paste ( 3 TSP)
10.Add cumin powder 1 TSP
11.Add Red chilli powder 1 TSP
12.Add Salt
13.Add Ginger garlic 3 TSP
14.Add grined curd 3 TBSp
15.Add Khaskhas/ poppy seeds paste 2 TBSP
16.Add Grind ed 1/2 cup home made Chhena
17.Add Fried parwal
18.Add 1 TBSP ghee
19.Add 1/2 TSP Garam masala
20.If required add water 1/4 cup.
21. Cover with lid and serve it after 5 mins #scrollrecipe
