Ingredient:
• Mustard oil 3 TBSP
• Parwal 500 gm
• 2 cardamom, 2-3 black pepper, 2-3 cloves
• Add 1 TBSP fried onion, ginger and garlic paste
• ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 ½ glass of hot milk
• 2 TSP cumin powder
• 2 TSP yellow chilli powder
• salt taste
• 1TBSP sugar
• Kesar
• 1 TSP garam masala
• ½ TBSP ghee
• ½ lemon juice
Process:
• Add mustard oil 2 TBSP
• Add marinated parwal (Marinate with turmeric and salt)
• Fry it
• Add 1 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add cardamom, black pepper, cloves
• Add 1 TBSP fried onion, ginger and garlic paste
• Add ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 ½ glass of hot milk
• Add 2 TSP cumin powder
• Add 2 TSP yellow chilli powder
• Add salt to taste
• Add fried parwal
• Add 1 tbsp sugar
• Add kesar
• Cover and cook on low flame till the parwal is completely cooked and soft
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Add ½ TBSP ghee
• Add lemon juice
• Serve with rice or roti
