Ingredients:

• 250 gm parwal
• 2 Potato
• 4 TBSP oil
• salt to taste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Dry red chilli
• Masala Mix: 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder, ¼ TSP turmeric powder , 1 TSP red chilli powder , ½ TSP Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt to taste
• Add chopped tomato
• Add kasuri methi

Process:
• Heat the pan and add 4 TBSP oil
• Add parwal
• Add salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add diced potato in the same oil
• Fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds in the same oil
• Add dry red chilli
• Fry it
• Add masala mix (In a separate bowl add ¼ cup water, add 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder, ¼ TSP turmeric powder, 1 TSP red chilli powder, ½ TSP Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt to taste, mix it nicely)
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add 1 cup water
• Wait for a boil
• Add boiled potato
• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mints
• Add fried parwal
• Add 1 cup water
• Cover with a lid for 12 mints
• Add chopped tomato
• Add kasuri methi
• Mix it nicely
• Add ¼ cup water
• Keep stirring for 5-7 mints
• Serve with rice or roti
