Ingredient:
• Oil
• 2 TBSP onion Paste
• 1 TSP Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• Ginger
• 1 TSP Turmeric powder
• 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Grated Potatoes 4
• 1 TSP Cumin Powder
• 1TSP Roasted Cumin, Coriander powder
• Coriander leaves
• 1 TSP Amchur powder
• Green Chilli
• Boiled Eggs ½

Process:
• Add oil in a Pan and Heat the oil
• Add 2 TBSP onion Paste
• Add 1 TSP Garlic paste
• Add salt to taste
• Add Ginger
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Fry it till the time color change
• Add Grated Potato
• Mix it nicely
• Add Salt to Taste
• Add 1 TSP Cumin Powder
• Add 1 TSP Roasted Cumin, Coriander powder
• Add Coriander leaves
• Add Amchur powder 1 TSP
• Add Green Chilli
• Mix it nicely
• Keep aside Potato Mix and keep it cool
• Boiled Eggs 2
• cut the eggs into halves.
• Take some potato mixture within your palm, flatten it. Place one egg in the center and carefully wrap it with the potato mixture.
• Shape it by gently pressing within your palm. Try to give it oblong or oval shape.
• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour
• Beat one raw egg with some salt.
• Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter
• Dip one wrapped egg into this beaten egg.
• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet
• Refrigerate for 30 mints.
• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan
• Deep Fry each cutlet #scrollrecipe
