Ingredients :

• Katla fish 5-6 pics
• 1 TBSP ginger garlic
• 1 TSP turmeric powder
• ½ TBSP coriander powder
• 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• ½ TBSP Kashmiri chilli powder
• salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• 1 TBSP cumin powder
• 2 TBSP rice flour
• salt to taste

Process:

• 1 TBSP ginger garlic in a bowl
• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder
• Add ½ TBSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• Add ½ TBSP kashmiri chilli powder
• Add salt to taste
• Add lemon juice
• Add 1 TBSP cumin powder
• Add 2 TBSP rice flour
• Add salt to taste
• Add 2-3 TBSP water
• Prepare a smooth paste
• Marinate the fish with paste and wait for 30 mints
• Add mustard oil in a pan
• Heat the oil in a pan
• Add the marinated fish pieces one by one
• Fry it till golden brown
