Hilsa Fish Curry with Nigella Seeds || Scroll Recipe ||
Note: This recipe does not use fried fish pieces because Hilsha Raw fish will get better flavor
Ingredient :
• Ilish or hilsa fish 4 pc
• Mustard oil 2 TBSP
• green chilies
• kalonji or Bengali kalo jeere 1 TSP
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• 2 cup water
• salt to taste
Process:
• Marinate the fish pieces with salt and Haldi allow to rest for 15 minutes
• Add Mustard oil 2 TBSP
• kalonji or Bengali kalo jeere 1 TSP
• Add 2 cups of water
• Add 4 green chillies
• Add salt to taste
• Cover and cook on low heat ( 12-15 mints)
• Uncover the pan
