Kanchkolar Chop | Raw Banana Fritters | Kanchkolar Cutlet

Ingredient:
• 1TSP Cumin Seeds
• Dry chilli 2
• Onion Paste ½ Cup
• 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Salt to taste
• Fried Garlic
• Grated Garlic
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 Boiled Mashed Kachkola/Raw Banana
• Coriander leaves
• Green Chilli
• 1 TSP Roasted Cumin powder
• 2 TBSP Flour
• Breadcrumb
• Oil

Process:
• In a Pan add oil
• Add 1 TSP Cumin Seeds
• Add Dry chilli 2
• Onion Paste ½ Cup
• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Mix it nicely and Fry it
• Add Salt to taste
• Add Fried Garlic
• Add Grated Garlic
• Add 2 Boiled Mashed Kachkola/Raw Banana
• Add Coriander leaves
• Add ¼ Cup Water
• Mashed it nicely
• Cover with a Lid for 3-4 mints
• Add Green Chilli
• Add 1 TSP Roasted Cumin powder
• Add ½ TSP Garam Masala
• Add 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• Mix it nicely
• Refrigerate mixture for 45 mints
• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour
• Now take a portion of the mixture and give a Shape
• Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter
• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet
• Refrigerate for 30 mints.
• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan
• Deep Fry each cutlet
• Serve Hot
