Ingredient:
kundru /ivy gourd 250grm
whole red chili 1
cumin seeds 1 TSP
turmeric powder 1 TSP
garlic paste 2 TSP
Salt as per taste
Ghee 1TSP
Red chili 1 TSP
How to Cook:
1. Add oil 2TBSP
2. Add whole red chili 1
3. Add black cumin seeds 1 TSP
4. Add kundru /ivy gourd 250grm
5. Mix it nicely
6. Add turmeric powder 1 TSP
7. Add salt as per taste
8. Add garlic paste
9. Mix it nicely
10. Add ghee
11. Add red chili
12. Mix it nicely
13. Cover the lid
14. Keep starring
15. Ready to serve with rice /roti #scrollrecipe
