Ingredient:
1.oil 4-5 TBSP
2. whole red chilli- 1.
3. Black cumin seeds ½ TSP.
4. Turmeric powder 1 TSP
5. Brinjal / Eggplant 250 grm
6.Salt
7. Green chilies
8. chopped garlic and tomato ( ½ cup tomato and garlic 4 TSP)
9. Red chili powder 1TSP
10. Cumin powder 1TSP
How to cook?
1.heat the pan ,Add 4 TBSP oil.
2. Heat the oil
3.Add whole red chilli- 1
4.Add black cumin seeds ½ TSP
5. Add Turmeric powder 1 TSP
6. Add Brinjal / Eggplant 250 grm
7. Mix it nicely and shallow fry
8. Add Salt
9.Add green chilies
9. Add chopped garlic and tomato
10.Red chili powder 1TSP
11. Cumin powder 1TSP
12.cover the lid
13. Add fresh coriander
14. Serve it with Roti / Rice #scrollrecipe
