Masoor Dal Recipe Bengali Style | Lal Masoor Dal Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Red Lentils
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add chopped green chilli
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 2 dry red chilli
• 1 onion
• Garlic
• 1 TSP panchforn
Step 1
• Add one cup soaked Red Lentils
• Add 1 ½ cup water
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add chopped green chilli
• Give 2-3 whistle
Step 2
• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add 1 sliced onion
• Fry it
• Add boiled dal
• Add chopped chilli (optional)
• Boil it
Step 3 :
• In a separate pan add 1 TBSP oil
• Heat the oil
• Add 2 dry red chilli
• Add garlic
• Add 1 TSP Panch phoron or Pancha Phutana
• Fry till golden
Step 4:
• Transfer the tadka to cooked dal
• Immediately cover with a lid for 2-3 mints
• Serve hot with rice /roti
