Matar Paneer Recipe | Cottage Cheese and Peas Curry Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients :
• Paneer 500 gm
• Ghee 3 TBSP
• 1 cinnamon, 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 1 cup chopped onion
• ginger garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• 1 cup tomato paste
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of water
• Salt to taste
• Boiled green peas
• ½ TSP Garam Masala
• Kasuri Methi
Process:
• Add ghee in a pan and heat the ghee
• Add 1 cinnamon, 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Fry it
• Add 1 cup chopped onion
• Add ginger garlic paste
• Add salt to taste
• Fry it
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add ¼ cup water
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add 1 cup tomato paste
• Cook until the ghee starts coming from inside
• Add 1 cup of milk
• Add 1 cup of water
• Add salt to taste
• Cover with a lid and boil it for 7-8 mints
• Add boiled green peas
• Add fried paneer
• As per your need you can add hot water
• Add ½ TSP garam masala
• Add kasuri methi
• Serve with Roti/Rice
