Mutton Curry Recipe | Indian Mutton Curry Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 Kg mutton
• 3 TBSP ghee
• 1 inch cinnamon, cloves, black pepper.
• 2 ½ cup boiled water with cloves.
• 2 TBSP ginger paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• 1 TBSP kashmeri red chilli powder
• 1 TBSP cumin powder
• salt to taste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 2 TBSP curd
• ¼ cup chopped tomato
• kesar water
• 1 TSP garam masala
• Chopped fresh coriander
Process:
• In a pot add water and boil the water
• Add 500 Kg mutton
• Boil it
• Keep it aside
• In same pan add 3 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 inch cinnamon, cloves, black pepper.
• Add boiled mutton
• Fry it
• Add 2 cup boiled water with cloves
• 2 TBSP ginger paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add 1 TBSP kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add 1 TBSP cumin powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Cover with a lid till the time mutton will not tender
• Add 2 TBSP curd
• Add ¼ cup chopped tomato
• Add kesar water
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Add chopped fresh coriander
• Add ½ lemon juice
• Serve with rice/Roti

I cook mutton quite often, after the gravy steams, I shift to Sim for 15 to 20 minutes, the meat comes out nice and soft. I don't count the whistles of the cooker

Seems to me that you put it a lot of salt while roasting the spices, and then you also added salt (to taste) after adding the meat (but before adding the spices). How do we ensure we dont go over the top with so much salt added at two points ? Love your recipes and videos,
