Pabda Fish Curry Recipe | Pabda Macher Jhaal | Pabda Curry | Bengali Fish Curry
Ingredients :
• oil
• Marinated Pabda fish 4- 5 pics
• Brinjal
• 6-7 bori
• ½ TSP kalonji / Nigella
• 1 chopped tomato
• 2 slitted green chilli
• Masala mix (1 TSP turmeric powder, 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder,1/4 cup water)
• Chopped coriander
• 4 Green chilies
salt to taste
Process:
• Heat the pan and add oil in a pan
• Add marinated fish
• Fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add brinjal and fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add 3 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add 6-7 bori and fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add ½ TSP kalonji /Nigella in the same oil
• Add 1 chopped tomato
• Add 2 slitted green chilli
• Add masala mix (1 TSP turmeric powder, 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder,1/4 cup water, salt & mix it nicely)
• Keep stirring for few minutes
• Add 3 cups of water
• Cover with a lid and wait for boil
• Add fried bori
o Add fried brinjal
• Add fried fish
• Cook for another 5-7 mints
• Add chopped coriander
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 green chillies
