Pabda Macher Shorshe Jhaal Recipe | Pabda Shorshe | Pabda Macher Jhaal | Bengali Fish Curry |
Ingredient:
• Pabda Fish 3-4
• 2 TBSP Mustard Powder
• 2 TBSP Poppy seeds Paste
• 2 TSP chilli paste
• Red Chilli Powder 2 TSP
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• 1 ½ TSP Mango Powder
• 1 Cup Whisked Curd
• Green Chilli 2
• Salt to taste
• ½ TSP Sugar
• 1 TSP Roasted cumin powder
• Fresh Coriander
• Slitted green chilli
Process:
Step 1
• Add Oil in a Pan
• Add Marinated Pabda
• Fish (Marinate with Turmeric Powder and Salt)
• Fry It
Step -2
• In a Bowl add 2 TBSP Mustard Powder
• Add Water
• Add 2 TBSP Poppy seeds Paste
• Add 2 TSP chilli paste
• Add Red Chilli Powder 2 TSP
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• 1 TSP Mango Powder
• Mix it well
Step -3
• Add 2 TBSP Mustard Oil in a Pan and heat the oil
• Add Masala Mix
• Keep Stirring
• Add 1 Cup Whisked Curd
• Add Green Chillies
• Add Salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP Sugar
• Add 1 TSP Roasted cumin powder
• Add Fresh Coriander
• Add ½ TSP Mango Powder
• Cook for 10 mints
• Add Fried Fish
• Cook for another 5 mints
• Serve Hot with Rice
