Papita Shukto Recipe | Papaya Shukto Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients
• 250 gm boiled papita
• 1 TBSP oil in a pan
• 7-8 bori
• 1 bay leaf
• ½ TSP radhuni
• Sauté it for few minute
• Two cups papita stock
• salt to taste
• ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP sugar
Process:
• Add 1 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add 7-8 bori
• Fry it
• Keep it aside
• Add 1 bay leaf
• Add ½ TSP radhuni
• Fry it for a few minutes
• Add boiled papita
• Add two cups papita stock
• Add salt to taste
• Add ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP sugar
• Wait for a boil
• Add grated ginger
• Mash it properly
• Add fried bori
• Cover with a lid for 10 mints under low flame
• Serve with Rice or Roti
