Pav Bhaji Recipe | Street Style Pav Bhaji | Scoll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of water
• 1 cup capsicum
• 1 cup carrot
• ½ cup matar /peas
• 1 beans
• Salt to taste
• 2 TBSP oil and Butter as required
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 TBSP grated garlic
• 1 cup chopped tomato
• 1 cup grated cauliflower
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 cup mashed potato
• 4 TSP Pav bhaji masala
• chilli flake
• 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Lemon juice
• coriander leaves
• Green chilli
• 1 TSP garam Masala
Process:
Step 1
• Add 2 cups of water
• Add 1 cup capsicum
• Add 1 cup carrot
• Add ½ cup matar /peas
• Add 1 beans
• Add salt to taste
• Give 5-6 whistles
• Mash it nicely
Step 2:
• In a separate pan add 1 TBSP oil and Butter 1 TBSP
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add 1 cup chopped onion
• Fry it
• Add 1 TBSP grated garlic
• Add 1 cup chopped tomato
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 cup grated cauliflower
• Mix it nicely and fry it
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Add butter
• Keep stirring
• Add 1 cup mashed potato
• Mix it nicely
• Add boiled vegetables
• Mix it nicely
• Add hot water
• Add 4 TSP Pav bhaji masala
• Cover with a lid for 10-12 mints
• Add butter
• Mash it
• Add chilli flake
• Add 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add lemon juice
• If required add more hot water and mash it
• Add coriander leaves
• Add green chilli
• Add butter
• Add 1 TSP garam Masala
Step3:
• Heat the tawa
• Add 1 TSP oil
• Add butter
• Dab 2 pavs at a time and toast them
