Ingredient:
• 500gm potato
• 1 cup onion paste
• 3 TBSP curd
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Oil
• 1 TBSP cumin seeds
• 1 dry red chilli
• 1 Cinnamon
• 3-4 cloves
• 1 cup onion paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• 3 TBSP tomato puree
• 1 TBSP sugar (optional)
• chopped green chilli
• 1 TSP black pepper
• 1 TSP garam masala
Process
Step 1 :
Curd Mix
• Add 2 TBSP curd
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
Step 2:
• Add oil for in a pan and heat the oil
• Add boiled potato
• Deep fry it
• Keep it aside
Step 3:
• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan
• Add 1 TBSP cumin seeds
• Add 1 dry red chilli
• Fry it
• Add 1 Cinnamon
• Add 3-4 cloves
• Add 1 cup onion paste
• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Fry it
• Add curd mix
• Keep stirring for 5-7 mints
• Add 3 TBSP tomato puree
• Add 1 TBSP sugar (optional)
• Add chopped green chilli
• Add fried potato
• Mix it nicely
• Add Kashmiri red chilli
• Add water 1 ½ cup
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP black pepper
• Cook for another 10 mints
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Serve with puri
