Prawns Bharta Recipe || Scroll Recipe ||
Ingredient:
400 gms of prawns – you can use small, medium or king-size prawns,
2 Big Onions chopped
2 green Chilis chopped
1 inch of Ginger
Teaspoon each of Red Chilli
Lemon juice 1 TBSP
Oil for cooking around 5 tablespoons
Salt to taste
One tomato
Garam Masala ½ TSP
Kasuri Methi or fresh coriander leaves
Process:
Marinate the fish with ½ tsp of turmeric powder and ¼ tsp of salt. Keep it for 5 to 10 min
Add 1TBSP oil in a pan and heat the oil
Sautéed prawn for 1 mint.
In a food processor take the prawns make a mince
Take a pan and put 2 TBSP oil.
Add 2 Big Onions chopped, green chilies, garlic
Fry till golden colour
Add Salt to taste
Add Ginger garlic paste 1 TBSP
Add Red chili powder 2 TSP
Fry them till it is brown
Add one tomato
Add water 1 Cup
Continue to sauté 3 mints
Add Lemon juice 1 TBSP
Add the minced prawns
Mix them all together nicely and cook them in a low flame
Add Kasuri Methi or fresh coriander leaves
Mix it nicely
Cover with lid for 2 mints
If required Add salt as per your taste
Add Garam Masala ½ TSP
Cook on medium flame until it is thick
