Ingredients:

• Oil – 3 TBSP
• Prawn/Shrimp – 250 grams cleaned
• Onion paste
• Chopped Green Chilli 2
• Garlic Paste – 2 TSP
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder / Manjal podi – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato – 2 medium chopped finely
• Salt to taste
• Water – 1/2 cup
• Salt to Taste
• 1 TBSP Ghee
• 1 TSP Cumin Powder
• ¼ TSP Sugar
• ½ Lemon juice
• Coriander Leaves

Process:
• Heat oil in a kadai (Pan)
• Add Prawn/Shrimp – 250 grams cleaned
• Add Salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP Turmeric Powder
• Add 1 TSP Chilli powder
• Sauté it for 5 mints
• Add Oil in same Pan
• Add Dry red Chilli 2
• Add ½ Cup Onion Paste
• Add 1 TBSP Ghee
• Add 2 TSP Garlic paste
• Add Chopped Ginger 1 TSP
• Add 1 Tomato
• Add salt to taste
• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Add 1 TSP Cumin Powder
• Fry it nicely
• Add chopped green chilli
• Add ¼ TSP Sugar
• Fry it till color does not turn into golden brown
• Add ½ cup water
• Cover with lid for 5 mints
• Add Fried Prawn/Shrimp
• Mix it nicely and Cook this for few more mints.
• ½ Lemon juice
• Add Coriander Leaves
• Mix it nicely
• Serve with Rice or Roti
