Quick Paneer Recipe || Scroll Recipe ||
Ingredient:
Paneer 150 Gm
Cumin seeds 1 TSP
Diced Capsicum – 1
Diced Onion – 1
Fried onion paste 1 TBSP
Fried Ginger garlic paste ½ TBSP
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 TSP
Sugar ½ TSP
Masala Mix (Roast together coriander, Fennel and Cumin seeds and Grind it)
Process:
Heat the oil in a pan
Add Cumin seeds 1 TSP
Add Diced Capsicum 1
Add Diced Onion 1
Add Masala Mix (Roast together coriander, Fennel and Cumin seeds and Grind it)
Add Fried onion paste 1 TBSP
Add Fried Ginger garlic paste ½ TBSP
Add Salt to taste
Add Red Chilli powder 1 TSP
Add Stir fried paneer 150 Gm
Mix it nicely and Stir fry 1 mint.
Add half cup of Water.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 7 mints
Uncover pan and cook till liquid has reduced (2 mints)
Add Garam Masala ½ TSP
Add Water ¼ cup (optional if need you need Gravy)
cook till liquid has reduced (2 mints)
Add salt to taste (if required)
