Rui Macher Begun Jhol Recipe | Bengali Fish Rohu Recipe with Vegetables | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:

• Ruhu Fish 2 pics
• 2 TBSP oil
• 7-8 bori
• 3 Small size baingan
• ¼ TSP Nigella Seeds
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• 2 slitted green chillies

Process:

• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add 7-8 bori
• Fry it and keep it separately
• Add baingan (brinjal)
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add ¼ TSP Nigella Seeds
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add salt to taste
• Add fried bori
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 2 cups of hot water
• Add 2 slitted green chillies
• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mints
• If you want more gravy you can add ½ cup of hot water
• Add fresh coriander leaves
• Add fried ruhu fish
• Cook for another 2-3 mints
• Serve with Rice
